Each of our pieces is handmade and orders may take up to 2 weeks based on availability of supplies. If we can not ship your item within 2 weeks we will notify you via e-mail with an estimated delivery date. If you want an item in less than 2 weeks a rush fee will apply based on the item, please contact orders@twentypearlsandgems.com. or call us at 240-417-9756 to make special arrangements. Please note that FedEx and UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes - a street address is required.

Orders over one hundred dollars will ship free anywhere in the continental United States via USPS. International orders will be charged based on the standard shipping rates. Orders fewer than one hundred dollars will be calculated accordingly based on weight and destination. Priority/Overnight orders will be an additional charge for ALL orders regardless of total cost.
