This necklace was designed to support Medicine In Action and is based on their logo. When you purchase this fine silver pendant, ten percent of the proceeds go towards the volunteer work provided to needy patients in Jamaica, W.I. and Tanzania, Africa. Each pendant is individually handcrafted with fine silver. The heart is highlighted with enamel and sparkles with a cubic zirconia stone in the stethoscope that surrounds the heart. The pendant is suspended with a faux suede necklace and fastens with a sterling silver hook and eye clasp. Each necklace is adjustable from 16-18 inches long and the pendant is 1.75in long by 1.5in wide.
